It's not that heavy at all. Before I put the tent on I could lift the back up. It's just a 2 inch tube frame with the jeep back mounted on it and a shortened 3500 lb axle. It's probably sitting at 3 or 400 pounds how it I'd now.

I think I have a similar problem. Ive pulled the dash out and checked the selectors and it seems like its all sealed well.... If I had the fan on 1 or 2 it could get air out of the vent I selected but once I turned it up, I'd hear the door slam shut and the only air I get is out of the floor...

Finished up the fenders the other night and decided to drive it to work today. I can't tell you how much better it drives with the new springs. The shorter fenders let the water spray hit the windows when going under 30 mph but its not really a big deal when its raining since the wipers are on...
