Does anyone know what size the nuts are for the door pins?

True, But most nuts for those hinge pins are actually use a #50 torx or at least that is what Jeep Crysler shows for the nut... I found the threads to be M6-1.0mm. I use nylock nuts of that size to keep mine from chattering over rail tracks and such. I wonder if I am not understanding which nut...

Does anyone know what size the nuts are for the door pins?

I think what the person asking the original question was, What the thread pitch and diameter is for those nuts, not the wrench size. I would hope most folks who wrench on their Jeep, know how to figure out what wrench to use. I have seen this information but have not been able to find it again

Question about installing control arm bolts

Sorry, I didn't state that well, the line through your ball joints should tilt toward the rear of the vehicle as shown in this image. I have seen from 5 degrees to as much as 8 degrees. 6 is what I have seen most often as standard. The line at a slight angle shows the tilt.

Question about installing control arm bolts

Set up your front axel for a forward angle of at least 6 degrees. The adjustment of the arm is to create a geometry where your caster is at a starting point of 6 degreese forward (top). you may need to change this to your drive-line dynamics.

    Colorado Krew Hangout

OK, enough with this crap, I am going to have them balance my rims, THEN install the tires and balance them! Why do we insist on them trying to balence both? It is a complex algorythim to balance two objects with complex multi axial balance to work with each other. Do each by them by themselves...

    Cylinder 6 piston failed

I know, I like how they look but... weigh a ton and to be honest, I like steel wheels. You can bend them back, paint them and scrape the crap right out of them! Those are a booger, they are out of balance one has like 4 lbs. of weights on it... If they did that and then ran them, the tire is...
