Thanks. That is what he tried, but he said it wouldn’t push any fluid to the back breaks. Is it possible the equalizing drilled line you mentioned is plugged? Any way to clean or clear that port? Is it possible to rebuild a proportioning valve (mostly replace the rubber o-rings)?
