I say it's the transmission because it doesn't grind when I put it in neutral. But, when I start it and shut if down, for a split second I hear a bad grind as well so it must not be the transmission and I should have figured that out myself... It shifts/drives fine. I hear it grind at red lights...

Correction: The coilpack fixed the sputtering and lack of power. Died today on the freeway and gave a 0320 code. New crankshaft position sensor fixed the jerking/stalling.

New coil pack solved it. Misfiring caused it to run rich and cause the pending catalytic converter code. Drives great now. I'll double check everything. Thanks.
