did you find any solutions from the heat blowing at your feet?

so I replaced the blend door actuator and I still have the heat blowing at my feet. I feel like when the heater core was done from the last place they didn't replace the insulation for the fire wall.

I have been soul owner of my Jeep. She has done very good for me, my Jeep has over 260k miles on currently, and it is running strong. so hopefully she will be last another 15 years for me. I know maintenance and oil changes have been the most important.
