I've had the best experince using rugged radios,for both hand held and cab mount. They are very clear and seem to have great range.

My battery hasn't been charging fully so i drove it to work to let the alternator charge it up and my seat heater came on while driving. Just the driver, switch was in the off position. My TJ has plenty of mods. When I was gonna sell it, folks on here told me most wouldn't want it because they would prefer to built it themselves. They were 100% correct. I didn't sell it and added more mods...

I went with the Daytona 12 ton. Works for me and fits in my storage area. This the jack that comes in the JKU. I don't have my OEM to see how that would work.

I did, no regrets so far, but I don't daily mine...
