Remember shock travel and suspension travel are not the same. Unless your shocks are mounted on top of the axle and at an angle that mimics the arc of the axle travel

Rubihara #925 here. I put the rancho 9000s on mine. They are a econo shock but being adjustable I can get them close to what I want.

Even without the tent the added weight of an LJ with bumpers, winch, bigger spare tire mounted fairly high up makes for excessive body roll and some squat in the rear compared to a TJ. I'm sure my rack contributes to my particular ride issues. But I still believe most lift kits the rear springs...

One thing I find with my LJ is most 4" lifts the rear springs are too soft for an LJ with any kind of weigh in it. I use RE heavy rear springs and after trying 3 other sets like them the best. The Garvin doesn't mount to the top so you can swap tops or run no top.

You raised the console up (effectively) and tilted the transmission back (with the TC drop). Unscrew your console and move to the rear 1/2 to 3/4" is the easiest way to solve your issue. You can cut some of the console out also.
