The plug arrived, and it fits! I still don't know the part number of the sensor itself, but it's some kind of GM camshaft position sensor. I followed the instructions on this page to figure out which pin was which so I'll know how to wire this new plug into the factory wiring.

This is the VSS that came with an NP241 I bought from someone upgrading to an Atlas. He said that it plugged in directly to the wiring harness on his Jeep, but I can't find a plug or pigtail to match this oval shape. Most 3-wire plugs I've seen have more of a rounded rectangle shape than this...

No, this is an NP241 that I got from someone else. If that's not the stock tail housing, I don't know what it is.

It does not. The plastic sleeve around the magnet end is too wide, and the tab for the screw is too long.

Yes, that is a fuse that comes with the kit. I mounted it on the lower part of the air box.

I might be getting different threads confused, but I thought that was the same person who was also having ground issues? I'm ordering the Dorman sensor from Amazon (because easy returns) and I'll at least be able to dry fit it this week.
