Black Magic Brakes Big Brake Kit Install and Review

Have this kit too after moving from just BMB pads and rotors. Difference is substantial and much more control off road on descents and downhills.

Coolant leaks: what are the odds?

Same as others, replaced the entire cooling system at once with as many mopar parts as I could find at the time. Mopar radiator, fan clutch, water pump and a Robert Shaw thermostat.

    Longwhitejeep LJ, 35's spec build

Good time out at Oak Ridge Estates this weekend! Only have a few pics. Front axle doesn’t seem to be making anymore contact and jeep works great! I may need to massage the floor again as I get a decent amount of noise on long uphill climbs from either the driveshaft or the case .

Heat wave and hot air blowing at my feet

Not really. I have been meaning to try a new blend door actuator but haven’t gotten around to it. My ac works really well so I don’t noticed it like I use to.

Prepping for a wheeling trip this weekend. Moved the front axle a metric scooch because the drag link has been rubbing the stabilizer bolt slightly at the write angle in full stuff. Front track bar gusset was very lightly contacting the diff too. Mild wheeling this weekend but it’s a twice a...

Woodrow's 97 Green TJ (NOT SO) Moderate Build

Looks great! Agreed on the approach of not wanting drill shavings between the armor and tub. You have motivated me to install the rub rails I have been putting off for a while now.

I did have a big change on the auto side of life. Great uncle passed down a hot rod 34 Chevy master he built in the early 2000’s. It’s very clean I just need to run through fluids and fuel system since it’s been sitting. Wild to have a car nearly 100 years old. Sitting at my parents now while...

Haven’t had much time this summer to put the rub rail on between work travel and vacation. Hopefully getting them on in the next few weeks before a trail clean up for a fall event. Jeep threw an evap leak code and o2 code but it had been sitting a while. Keeping eye on it. Jeep is sticking...

Opinions on 2019+ Jeep Renegade models?

I have since found some rust on my Toyota lol. One thing about Toyota trucks, drivetrain is great but everything else rusts too quickly. We are mild to no snow most winters. It’s been reliable but what good is it if it rusts around it. Been debating on a 2500 anyway, search begins.
