What is this piece called that fills the gap between the grille and the bumper?

either of you guys that have one laying around want to get rid of it? Probably shipping would make it prohibitive though.

What is the best riding and performing lift kit for my 2001 TJ?

I should add... If you add a 1.25 inch body lift you can run 33" tires without causing major issues with your drive line angles. I think this is a very good option that will totally change the look of your Jeep.

What is the best riding and performing lift kit for my 2001 TJ?

I have an OME lift (shocks and springs) and love it. Mine rides better than factory but I purchased my shocks from a guy that originally purchased them 2 years ago and never installed them. I don't know when OME changed their shocks but from what I've heard the newer shocks ride harsh (mine do...

What shocks to use if cant get Ranchos?

Old Man Emu (ARB). They are a little pricey but give an incredible ride!

Should I get an adjustable track bar for a 0-3 inch lift?

JKS is what I have. I think they are hard to beat for the money.

Different fabric pattern on TJ Rubicon seats?

My 06 Rubicon has the plain black seats.

33 inch tire recommendations for my 2005 LJ

Here is a better pic of the tread pattern and how the tire sets on the wheel. It always helps me to actually see something rather than speculate. I really like the look and have heard great things about the Duratrac. I’ve also heard good things about the KO2s. I don’t think you can go wrong...

33 inch tire recommendations for my 2005 LJ

Just for reference here is my 06 Rubicon with 285/75R16 Goodyear DuraTracs. You have the exact same wheels so I though you might appreciate a visual. I just put them on but so far I like them.

33 inch tire recommendations for my 2005 LJ

WOW! I thought you were a Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac guy. Especially in the 33" tire size. What changed your mind?

    My 06 TJ Rubicon build

I thought that I was posting this in the TJ build thread. I made the original post from my phone so I must have fat fingered and accidently posted to this thread. If a moderator wants to move this post I completely understand and it's good by me. Sorry for the mix up. LOL

Best tire for daily driving and wheeling?

Here is a pic of my TJ with 285/75R16 (33”) Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs on it. I just had them installed a few weeks ago so I can’t attest to their off road abilities but I can say they are very nice on road and I think they have an aggressive looking tread pattern which adds to the look of the...

    My 06 TJ Rubicon build

The first picture is what she looked like when I brought her home a year ago. The bottom two are the almost finished product (it’s never truly finished is it LOL). I slowly acquired what I considered the best all around parts to build a Jeep that will nicely behave on the street and be very...

    Savvy body lift questions

Tomorrow I plan to install my 1.25" body lift on my 06 TJ Rubicon. I have already installed my Brown Dog 1" motor mount lift and loosened all the body mounts. I know a body lift is pretty self explanatory but I'm a little puzzled on how the radiator pucks work. I would love an explanation...

    16” or 17” wheels?

Because I like the stock rims. I want to keep this jeep classy. It's a very clean 06 Rubicon and I want to respect it's original OEM look. That is also why I'm only doing a mild lift.

    16” or 17” wheels?

I have a 06 Rubicon that I'm in the process of lifting and plan to run 33" tires. I really like the classy look of the factory 06 16" Rubicon wheels and don't plan to change them. I have an opportunity to buy a set of 17" rims in the same style for a real bargain ($150 but will also have to...
