Thanks! I'm really happy with the set up. Turns out the rear rubi shaft works perfect since there is a 44 in the rear. I replaced all the ujoints and adjusted the pinion angle to eliminate a vibe. I did have to put a conversion joint on the rear to interface with the 44. I have not gotten...

Yes RC for the 1.25. Some wont like this, but I have 4 washers stacked for the 0.5". Not an elegant solution, but that is what I had in the garage at the time.

Today I replaced the NP231 with a NP241OR in my 2006 65th Anniversary Edition. Jeep has a Dana 30 in front and a Dana 44 in rear. I have a 3" lift. Now I have to decide what to do with drive shafts. I could get the Tom Woods Rubi shafts for around $650 with optimized lengths and correct ujoints...

Yep, I've considered it and have also raised the back more than the front...so 1.25 in front, 1.75 in rear. I've also shaved a few inches of foam off the front of the seat because the "bench" was too long for my stump legs! Much more comfortable now.
