Brakes just stop the tires. Seems the highest probability would be the new slave cylinder or the new throw out bearing. I will bleed the SC first before exploratory surgery :(

lol, sorry for the confusion. If the clutch is engaged, there are no noises. If the clutch is not engaged (in neutral) there is considerable noise and shaking as it the transmission was trying to engage Hitting the brake in idle with the clutch not engaged does not nothing

Pretty sure. Ran it on some light trails (4H and 4L) and it worked fine.

I appreciate the reply. This is FAR from a normal noise. Its loud and the sounds like something that is not engaging. I can physical feel the mild "jolts" as its trying to do whats its doing

Actually a new liquid line came with my kit. I called it a suction line

10-4 on replacing the liquid line and the kit I bought has all the 0-rings and oil. I have the FSM. I was asking about capacity with the possibility of having oil in the system. Flushing and purging sounds like a great idea and I have a very powerful vacuum pump. Thanks for the prompt replies!
