Finally got some uninterrupted garage time. Swapped the super 35 in, new T-case with SYE, cable shifter, new gas tank skidplate... think that's it. Still have to bleed the brakes and fix the broken bolt in the sway bar clamp and order new gas tank straps, snapped one today.

There is absolutely a market for OEM head units. I bought one to replace the head unit that came in my jeep...a kenwood IIRC. Don't recall what I paid for it, but it was less than $75. The stock unit looks so much better and I have bluetooth through a bluetooth transmitter to an empty FM...
