2003 TJ blows 10 amp fuse (#7 in glove box) . Replaced rear defrost switch, which turns out, is not the problem. Fuse blows when put into reverse. Checked all wiring in harness. Next step is to replace reverse light sensor located at transmission (5 speed manual). I'm at a loss as to why...

I reinstalled it this way, and unfortunately, it made no difference. I am leaning towards buying a gasket kit...hopefully this works. I'm still at a loss as to why it's happening now after nearly 14 years.
