    FINALLY FIXED kinda. The last vacuum leak has been found. It was the one that attaches to the main vacuum line near the brake booster. Small crack near the attachment. Now the A/C always blows at the feet besides on defrost only. Not the biggest problem.

    After using the mityvac I could not get the YELLOW hose to consistently hold vacuum. All others held fine. Off to amazon to get the right color hose! Edit- I visually inspected all the lines and nothing even looks worn. The lose of vacuum could have just been me not getting a complete seal...

    I have not, that is my last thing to do. Next plan of attack is just check each line with the mityvac. The actuators should be fine they are all brand new. I double-checked them by hand before installing. All 3 should hold just fine. I'll update once i check each hose.

    Yes it is. I checked it with a mityvac and it holds vacuum. I even removed it and visually it looks brand new.

    Double-check that wiring. I have seen multiple jeeps with problems due to bad installation of the wiring harness provided with those kits. I'd start with those two items.

    I'd say start with checking the wiring to those added KC lights. Do you also have an aftermarket hitch?
