Do you happen to have this written-up anywhere? Also, the exhaust-to-frame one baffles me.

Have you checked the drain inside of your cowl? It easily gets clogged and then causes water to enter the passenger floorboard through the AC air intake (also inside the cowl). It'll make sense when you pull the cowl, which is really easy and only a few bolts. Here is mine before cleaning.

Sit in your Jeep and have someone simulate rain with a garden hose. In my experience, that's the best way to identify the source.
