    Wiper Motor Recommendations

What brand to buy for a 97 front wiper motor? Or what brand not to buy. Motor works intermittently. Will not auto stop. As always, Thanks in advance.

How much is my 98 TJ hardtop worth?

I'm just a bit Southwest of you. I saw your ad on CL this morning. Your top should be gone in a week or less for your asking price. (I already have a hard top.) Rainy season approaches, Hard tops go fast. We counted 153 Jeep Wranglers from Key West to the Last Chance Saloon Sunday afternoon...

Opinions on Magnaflow 23227 catalytic converter for 98 TJ?

I'm interested too as the po removed the cat. Looks like the trans skid plate has to come off. Rock Auto has some no name kits and cats but I've always had good results with Magnaflow and Walker

What's a good cheap electric pressure washer?

I bought an AR Blue Clean electric thats held up well. The Turbo nozzle doubles the cleaning power on conctete. The high pressure hose is plastic and would be useless if it ever got kinked, for $100 it's worked for over 4 years.

    Wiper Fluid Not Working

I found that I had voltage at the pump connector when the washer switch was activated. I installed a delco replacement and it works now. The delco pump has an harness adaptor included which I really don't care for, but it works. I would find a direct plug in replacement if I had to do it again...

    '99 TJ Steering Problems

http://www.directpowersteering.com.au/ A shop could probably seal the box or point you in the right direction. Jeeps are easy compared to most others.

    '99 TJ Steering Problems

I found seal kits on ebay.au for $41 AUD I also found a used box for $275 AUD. Clean it up with a can of engine degreaser and a power washer. Let it dry completely and get a friend to start the engine while you take a look. Might be an o-ring, or a loose or bad hose. I did a quick search and...

Front diff whining on both acceleration and deceleration

Pop the cover off and take a look. It might not be to late to save it. I've never seen one get "quieter" unless something is adjusted or tweaked.

    Vise stand: some assembly required

This thing is massive, that's a group 31 battery.

    Vise stand: some assembly required

That's a good one and well worth restoring. I added some channel for "portability" and spray bombed the stand to keep it from rusting.

Jeep running rough and stalling when driving

l just did a write up on how to change the Cam Position Sensor on the early 4.0. It was in the "how to" section but was moved. https://wranglertjforum.com/threads/97-tj-4-0-camshaft-position-sensor-replacement.18359/

Man, thats a nice collection. I know what you mean about tooo big or too high. I've got a 4 1/2 Columbian at home, that's 12" from the bench to the top of the jaws. It gets most of the heat/beat/fubar jobs. No shop is complete without a good vise or two.

Portability is relative lol. I'll move a half ton of gear to save me multiple 100 yard walks. The inside of our shop is about 400' x 500'.
