I’m not sure how to check this but that might be next. It runs so well, smooth with lots of torque and power.

Have you checked engine vacuum, within spec? Possibly worn valve guides, not stem seals that you already addressed.

Stem seals been replaced. CCV maybe but what could Be wrong in the CCV system ??

Engine braking results in high vacuum in the cylinder. Only way for oil to get sucked in is through valve stem seals, CCV system, or rings.

All is factory. Valve cover removal is VERY clean. No sludge or anything foreign. None eof the spark plugs are indicating any signs...
