T Thanks RHanna, It did shift into 4low before the frame repair and the skid plate being lowered. No other changes which is why I'm thinking the lowering of the plate is causing binding somewhere. Rich

Thanks Guys, I've set up a return on the header with supplier. I've read the Banks is the best out there and have seen videos where folks are replacing the headers with the flex joints. But not sure of the Jeep Model. Can you suggest a replacement header? Not looking for power gains...

I compared both old exhaust manifold and new header. My experience with headers are the pipes are usually different, but never seen where they hit the intake manifold.

Yes it fits right into place with no issues. Any other suggestions? The videos all say there are three bolts on the bottom, I have four. Are the videos wrong? Could the motor in my Jeep been changed? How would I tell?

Good suggestion, it is the stock intake; I can't imagine why it wouldn't fit back on with out the exhaust manifold in place. I'll put it all out again and try the intake by itself.
