If you’re going for a body lift, check out Black Magic Brakes. Good time to do it is when you replace the stock body mounts. Also, JKS motor mount lift seems to be popular and that’s what I am running. Buy some new engine isolators/motor mounts and replace at the same time.

After a bit of research and trial and error with other methods, I wound up with Rockslide Engineering steps with the added armor. My days of hardcore wheeling are in my past so not worried about needing to reinforce them like Scott. My wife likes them. At this point I only have about 3 1/2...

I’ve been selling semiconductors to automotive OEM’s and Tier 1’s for many many years. Almost all the 8D failure analysis reports would be avoided if engineers just read our datasheets and integration manuals. In their defense these can be thousands of pages LOL

Interesting. I’m running Vision X headlights and they claim to be DOT approved. Wouldn’t be the first time a mfg claimed to meet a spec that perhaps they don’t or have weasel worded their way around.

Nice looking Sahara. Mine was a 99 and looked similar with PG8 paint(not 100% sure of the paint code but it was the same forest green) I really miss that jeep. Illinois cancer aka rust destroyed her.

The pile of Jeep parts grows. Just received ORO Swayloc ,BMB body lift, JKS MML, Savvy engine skid and now just waiting for the Savvy xfer case skid to show up(Gerald mentioned shipping next week) then it’s install time. I also have 4” Currie F/R springs to install. Looking to move to 35’s but...
