    Yes, they are a direct swap. I also ordered 9/16 and 7/16 bolts from RockJock to replace the stock control arm bolts.

    I replaced my Metalcloak Duroflex joints with Johnny Joints. On a more positive note, the Johnny Joints cured my speed sensitive shimmy.

    Today the Savvy gods have smiled and blessed me with my transfer case shifter, ordered 4/29/2022, not too bad. Still in perpetual wait mode for the gas tank skid.

    Same. Never a problem in the twisty Idaho mountains or on the interstate.

    Today I changed the intake/exhaust manifold gasket on my 2.5 low output. If your 2.5 is performing poorly even with 31's and 4.88's make sure some dumb ass didn't install a gasket with a screen over the intake ports.

    Glad to hear it was an easy fix. Just a reminder to all, check suspension and steering components regularly.

    Towing vehicle help

    A locker will help some but you will still have problems with the rear axle unloading backing up hill. How heavy is your camper? 5th wheel or bumper pull? If it's a bumper pull, placing additional weight in the bed will help keep traction on the rear axle.

    Today I replaced the final 23 year old u joints in my front driveshaft. It was surprising to see how viable the grease still was in the removed u joints and centering ball. Now I have piece of mind knowing there isn't a lurking dry joint waiting to give me problems. I also fixed and annoying...
