Check engine light after replacing all O2 sensors

Have you replaced the crankshaft positioning sensor and inspected the wires for it? That was a culprit for me at one time

    P0302 and P0305 cylinder misfires

Thanks @Jerry Bransford, I found some on rock auto website for about $20-$30 a sensor. Should I change them even if I’m not getting a code for it?

    P0302 and P0305 cylinder misfires

What are you referring to as the upstream sensors?? I’m under my Jeep now and I think I’m seeing four sensors on the exhaust system

Out of curiousity, how was your upstream o2 sensor the culprit???

    P0302 and P0305 cylinder misfires

I hate to tell you bud, but I don’t have a clue what could be the cause either and I’m pretty sure no one on this forum knows either, no offense meant. I’ve had the same exact issues as you are describing with the exception that my misfire is on cylinder one. I disconnect negative battery cable...

How much money should I ask for my Jeep?

I’m not trying to sell my Jeep on here, just curious of how much I should ask for it. I have a 2002 Jeep Wrangler sport with 132,000 miles on it. It has a 4.0 straight six and I had the transmission rebuilt about 500 miles ago and it has a warranty. It has brand new black procomp steel wheels...

Misfire possibly caused by timing chain issue

Would a lose or stretched timing chain cause a misfire in cylinder 1? I have a 2002 Jeep tj sport. The engine makes a slight rattle noise.

What does it typically cost to replace a timing chain?

Did you have any misfire codes prior to timing chain replacement?

Jeep won't start once it's up to running temperature

That would be a good idea. Mine would cut off at random times. I got underneath it and wiggled wires going to cps and it fires back up. So maybe your issue is the just in a different spot. Maybe just take your time and be thorough looking for any and all problems.

Jeep won't start once it's up to running temperature

Wiring harness going to crankshaft positioning sensor could have faulty wires perhaps? It’s above transmission bell housing and is prone to heat. This was my problem six months ago. I had the wires fixed and it’s been fine ever since. The only thing that stomps me is that yours is doing it only...

P0301 not fixed after 1 month at dealership

Wow that definitely required you being attentive in order to hunt the problem down. I will keep all this in mind while troubleshooting. Thanks for the advice and sharing your situation. Any other advice?

Did you do a compression test? How was yours easy to check?

Also I looked down the oil capped today and did NOT see tupy or anything written. Does that mean I have the original cylinder head that was problematic?
