Good choice, I installed a 3 row from CSF about 5 years ago and it works great and the big plus was no more plastic tanks to crack.

You've lost a head gasket.

210-215 indicated is a normal operating temp for these Jeeps with a 195 thermostat. I would hope you have a quality radiator cap installed.

I installed a CSF 3 Row , a Hayden 2791 fan clutch (severe duty) and a 195 thermostat. And have not had a heating issue since. The fan can be a little noisy, but only at low speeds.

I installed a 3 row CSF 2578 all metal radiator from RockAuto. I was tired of the plastic tank cracks. This radiator is solid metal and for less than $250 from RockAuto it was a steal. The same exact radiator from Summit Racing was $519. And it dropped right in with zero mods.

Most smoked lens are illegal. Ask me how I know.

I installed the CSF 2578 3 row $245 a year ago and it has been the best cooling set up I've experienced with this Jeep. And the big plus is it's brass with no plastic.

Run a thread chaser of equal size through the hole without cutting fresh threads. I'm betting the bolts are an incorrect pitch regardless of where they were purchased.

For the last 3 or 4 days I have not been able to pull up the RockAuto site. I placed an order for brakes earlier in the week and that is shipped according to UPS. Has anyone else had an issue?
