About two years ago I got replacement bushings from RE. I removed the old rubber ones and replaced them with the polyurethane bushings. I also drilled and installed zirc fittings. Very cost effective and easy to do. Good luck

I was recently checking online reviews and went with a different model. An alternative to consider is the Wouxun KG-1000G GMRS 50 Watt Radio. I just got it but haven’t installed it yet.

Call RE again and they should take of you. Some of the original RE guys still work there and know what’s up. I replaced mine, with the poly ones. I don’t recall that they even charged for the replacements. Drilled the control arms and installed zircs to grease them. No need for all new arms.

Baja Designs makes great led lights that you could put in place of those stock fog lights. It was a simple swap for me. Super bright too

I’d recommend that you keep it outside and not in the cabin. The rubicon rack style works well for me.

33s on 17 is my vote. Here is my LJ right after I added that set of tires and wheels.

I put that shifter in my LJ and had the same issue with 2nd, 4th, 6th and R. I just used a dremel to remove some of the trim that was in the way. That resolved it for me.

What’s the issue with the Bilstein 5100s ?

It looks ok in the photos you posted but I’d suggest that you make sure the frame is still square as built. Ultimately, that’s what put the end to my last TJ.
