I've got what is a kind of stupid question. I was going to replace the decals on my 5 TJ. Every set that I see has "4.0L High Output" decals. Are these engines actually HO?

.Trying to get my 4WD light to work with no success. I jumped the wires at the switch and it works. Bought a replacement Crown Automotive switch and still doesn’t work. APDTY and Dorman are the only two other options. Any thoughts before I buy another brand?
