We tried to bump start the Jeep and the engine would turn over but make no sounds like it wanted to start

The engine does not turn over with the key. It makes 0 noise clicks or anything. So I don't believe starter fluid would do anything. Earlier in a post I mentioned we towed the Jeep and put it in 2nd gear to try to bump start but the engine makes 0 noise like it is going to start but indeed it...

The engine with the key itself will not turn over at all. 0 noise clicking nothing. When we towed the Jeep putting it in 2nd gear and then letting the clutch out trying to bump start it the engine does turn over but makes 0 sound or any kind of attempt to start.

We tested the ground wires on block and battery terminals and have continuity

My actuator pin looks real good. No crack or anything on the square tubular part where I've seen them fail. I greatly appreciate your thoughts and ideas. I'm hoping someone can tell me absolutely my PCM or ECU or The brain of the Jeep is bad before I spend lots of money and ti'm getting a new one.

We had 0 symptoms before this Took place. We towed the Jeep and Tried to bump start but 0 success. The engine turns Over but no sign whatsoever of starting.
