If nobody ends up taking these and you go to scrap them, I would be interested in the two 2 bolt flanges that bolts the pipes up to the manifolds as well as maybe the flared ends of the pipe with a few inches leftover

Same here, don't think I've ever had a bolt break because of loctite. Just pulled some grade 5 1/4-20 bolts out of an angle iron notcher over the weekend that were covered in the stuff, just used a ratchet wrench.

Not sure who captain facepalm is, just stating my experience. My factory radiator was at least nice enough to split open in front of me as soon as I popped the hood to start a head gasket replacement. Was just replacing that to fix an oil leak, not because of overheating or anything

I got that flowmaster 2049170 about six months ago for $225 on autohance.com. Has anyone else had problems keeping the 4 flange bolts tight? I've been fighting it for a while now, grade 8 bolts with a flat washer and lock washer threading into new factory J nuts. I tightened it up this weekend...
