No it does not. It also only blows at a low speed when moving. I tried a different blower speed switch and that did not work. It switches just fine to different areas when moving. Even the A/c works but only when I'm moving around 40mph.

No, it even stops after I have been driving and stop at a light. It is a manual and as soon as I put it in Neutral it seems to quit blowing.

Nothing comes out of the vents at idle. When it does start to blow out of the vents around 40 mph. All settings work fine minus the speed of the air.

Is it normal to here the air from the vacuum vent selector? Everytime I switch vents I can hear air come from the slider selector.

98 jeep tj. Nothing blows out of vents until 40+. Then it comes out very slow. Resistor is new and blower is only about two years old. No melting that I can find. I can hear the vent selector vacuum when I switch vent selections. I'm not sure if this is normal. Any help would be appreciated...
