holy shit, this is me. same code. Mine happens when i'm between 1/2-3/4 tank. I repalced the cap. I smoked the system, nothing.
I'm looking into this Natural Vacuum Leak Detection Pump (NVLD) right now. Thanks!!!
I put one on my '06 too. Throttle tip in was just too light, made it touchy/jumpy unless you were extremely smooth all the time. The extra spring made everything smoother.
resurrecting this thread to see if anyone ended up trying this. I drove an '01 WJ for 14 years and hate looking at the exact same steering wheel in my TJ but not having the handy volume buttons on the backside behind the cruise control. I really liked that.
better bits and use heat. dont think that the shaft isnt seized too. i twisted off a a junk torx bit from autozone then when i used a decent craftsman one I was was able to twist the head off the bolt. the shaft had welded itself to the hole with corrosion and was a f-ing nightmare to drill...
I got one of those frameless rear view mirrors with built in homelink. Great visibility, garage door opener functionality, inexpensive, fit onto the original mirror windshield button thingy.
