Leveled and 32s with H&R springs and Bilstein 5100s

Thanks! I’m very happy with this setup for my needs. No rubs once I put the washers on. I’ve twisted it up pretty good on a few trails and working on stuff around our place and it hasn’t rubbed. I’m not running any disconnects on the sway bar. It may rub then. I do know there are a lot of...

Leveled and 32s with H&R springs and Bilstein 5100s

Thanks! No rubbing issues. I did have them until I put the washers on. Stance did change very slightly when I put the hardtop on for winter. I typically just keep recovery gear and stuff for working around our land in the back so it stays pretty even but no rubs.

Honestly I’m not sure what the advertised height is. I do know that they are H&R 52107 Springs.

Yes, the springs leveled it right up!

I have not added any bump stop yet. I may have to if I add sway bar disconnects. So far so good. I did have to put a washer on the steering stops to prevent a little rub at full lock. It doesn’t appear to reduce my steering any at all but I completely stopped the rub. I love the setup today as...

    Jesseshoots' TJ Build

Good idea to try different locations and I like the idea of cab controls. I believe I will add this to the list of things to do in the near future especially since it seems I have more time suddenly. I’ve been working on my Jeep and fixing things that I let go to long. I had to replace the...

    Jesseshoots' TJ Build

Good project. I’m still debating with this idea. Currently I just plug in my control and run it to the driver’s side window and operate the winch that way. With the slack in the lead I can still operate in multiple driver positions. Have you found it still easy to reach when in a lean or on a...

    Jesseshoots' TJ Build

Nice looking rig! I'm thinking about doing in cab controls for my Warn as well so I look forward to seeing how this goes. Warns customer service is top notch! I'm glad I'm not the only one that says it.

Thanks! It rides well on and off-road as well. I’m happy!

Bilstein or Rancho shocks for smoother ride?

I don't know how much difference it makes but I really like the 5100/ H&R Sport Spring combination on my TJR. Rides fine on and off the road. My daily driver is a 2500 Ram and I work out of a F450 Bucket Truck so I might not be the one to offer an objective opinion (lol). None of my passengers...

Does this antenna mount look correct

I just did a similar install on my '04 TJ. Mine was installed on the driver's side. I dropped the cable down and ran it between the body and the taillight housing below the mount. Once I got it inside the body I ran it through a factory grommet into the interior and up to the front of the Jeep...

Leveled and 32s with H&R springs and Bilstein 5100s

After a ton of research I have finally accomplished what I wanted! I wanted to level my Jeep without using a puck lift and accommodate 32” tires. Using H&R Sport Springs and Bilstein 5100 shocks I was able to level my 2004 Rubicon. Had some 265/75R16 Falken Wildpeak AT3W tires installed last...
