Or the motel and convenience store next to it.In a case like that there's no way to expect anything else. You are lucky his family doesn't own the carwash and somehow live with him above it.

I re-clocked mine and it made a huge differenceWhile the photos below will likely not appear to be remarkable in any way to most, I'll tell you that they represnt an unparalleled improvement over the factory configuration.
I'm tall & we have the tall guy seat extender brackets that push the seats back 4" (although modified to only push back 2" max), and this combination puts the window crank knob directly into my knee when the window was fully up and again (although slightly different) when the window was fully down.
Today I pulled the handles off and indexed them to 'split the difference' between the two positions so that with the window either fully up or fully down (which represents about 98% of the time), and now they no longer dig into my knee.
It's the little things that make driving the TJ better - or worse!

Not just a tall guy problem. I’m average height and had the same issue. Drove me nuts until I did the same thing. While the photos below will likely not appear to be remarkable in any way to most, I'll tell you that they represnt an unparalleled improvement over the factory configuration.

Or just get rid of them altogether hahaNot just a tall guy problem. I’m average height and had the same issue. Drove me nuts until I did the same thing.
Half doors are still on the list of must haves, just have to find a set that don't require shipping across the country or are $1000Or just get rid of them altogether hahaView attachment 290434
Well it was really only an issue for me personally from September-ish to late May. Not a problem at all when the doors are hanging in the shed.Or just get rid of them altogether hahaView attachment 290434
From the outside.(of the USA) looking in I would have thought you pretty much find a set of half doors on any street corner as you guys have so many Tj's over there.Half doors are still on the list of must haves, just have to find a set that don't require shipping across the country or are $1000
one of the first things I did after driving mine home 22 hours later. While the photos below will likely not appear to be remarkable in any way to most, I'll tell you that they represnt an unparalleled improvement over the factory configuration.

You would think so, half doors are like LJ's , there's a bunch out there but no one's parting ways with themFrom the outside.(of the USA) looking in I would have thought you pretty much find a set of half doors on any street corner as you guys have so many Tj's over there.
Not quite as hard as finding Jimmy Hoffa’s car keys, but @voodooridr called it right. From the outside.(of the USA) looking in I would have thought you pretty much find a set of half doors on any street corner as you guys have so many Tj's over there.
Ebay? The screen on my 5" xtrons unit isn't holding up and these seem like a good alternative. I already have a single DIN adapter from my old KJ.Couldn't find the marine single-din deck that I wanted, so I went this route.
I see a regear in your future.Hanaukkah came early this year. Picked up my lift kit and takeoff tires. Just waiting on USPS to find my lost BMB pads so I can get the new rotors installed.

We just put the doors on again last week, and it took exactly 1 drive before I was pissed off about them.Well it was really only an issue for me personally from September-ish to late May. Not a problem at all when the doors are hanging in the shed.
