LDP Pressure Switch - P1494 After Battery Replacement

Just replaced my battery, and after I did this I got a check engine light. Ran codes and got a P1494 LDP Pressure Switch, which seems to be some kind of emissions problem. I am also getting a hissing noise from the engine bay that I don't think was there before.

Would this have been connected to the battery replacement?

You could check the vacuum lines and elbows over by the intake manifold in front of the brake booster. I think there is a solenoid there and a few lines that work with the LDP. One may have been pulled off or broke. I don't know the exact setup on a 2000.
 
The Leak Detection Pump pressure switch is on the drivers side behind the windshield washer reservoir and in front of the brake master cylinder and to the left of the evap canister; there is a wiring harness connected to it....
