California NorCal Jeep adventures!

Well on-board air setup now works shout out to @DrDmoney for the help on the bracket. Little bit of massaging afterwards and it fit like a glove. Also the idea to use end caps for the legs of folding chairs worked out b/c the cool dust covers I initially planned were for hydrolic lines not air lines. Looks like you got it all plumbed up, it was great working with you, I wish I would have had some files and a belt sander at the shop to clean it up but looks like you took care of the rest.

I liked having a little work left to do on it. More time playing with my tools. That aluminum did a number on my flap disk. Towards then end wasnt sure if i was grinding or polishing the bracket lol.

We’re getting a little snow this evening.

A good snow run sign! ☃️

Does anyone happen to know if any trails are open/closed due to the weather in tahoe right now? I'll be going snowboarding this weekend with my sister and was hoping to take her snow wheeling with this crazy weather.

Most likely boreal since its the cheapest and closest lol.
Stampede Meadows Road, off 80 5-10 min towards reno from truckee, isn't plowed durning winter. Alternatively you can go to prosser pits ohv. It's off the 89 exit, same as Northstar.

If you get stuck ill be up Wednesday lol.

We should definitely have a fun snow season. Was at boreal snowboarding yesterday and they said they got 2.5 feet of snow from last weeks blizzard. Weather is perfect this weekend but another snow storm is starting on mon-tues

I see lots of donuts and other tire spinning activites in our future😁

So tried to run up the fh7 today with @Pcleaners2 and there was more than enough snow. We were only able to make it from the start of fh7 (where it turns to dirt) to the m3 junction. And by that point it was 2-3 foot deep. On the way we recovered 2 stuck vehicles then i got stuck trying to recover the 2nd stuck vehicle we came across. Snow was soft but not powder. Was a good time, we gave it our all but could only make it so far. Forgot to take pictures but it was fun.

Went up to Butte Meadows today and although there’s plenty of snow it was real dry, terrible for wheelin. We didn’t make it far either.
