What did you do to your TJ today?

Installed the "SUPER BACKUP LEDs" as detailed elsewhere on this site. These things are BRITE!

Note I oriented the stiffening rib downwards to give a flat mounting surface for the new LEDs.

And yes, the handy-dandy 6d nail supplied is now in my nail box for whatever wood project comes its way!
Zorb - I’ve not seen those before. Can’t tell from the pic - do they mount inside the stock housing?

A rattlesnake bite doesn't compare to the sting of NOT using a condom and 18 years of making payments to a hoe you despise. Not that I would know anything about that. 🤫
Have you heard of the paradigm that getting kicked in the nuts is worse than having a baby? I can prove it. After a woman has a child, often times a few years later, she wants to have another one. After a man gets kicked in the nuts, NEVER IN HIS LIFE does he want to get kicked in the nuts again.

That might explain my 3 ex wives. No repeat drama with the same one. Same Shit Different Wife though. 🥺

One of my sons had twins with such a hoe. Then, several years later he got married and had ANOTHER set of twins with his current wife. He told me he's not sure which set of twins cost him more, the one's he's just paying for or the ones he's actually raising.

I cut my first bolt off today! The transmission skid had a spinning nutsert and I couldn't get it to cooperate. I used my reciprocating saw with a metal blade and it worked great. Now I have the Savvy shifter cable installed and a new nutsert and bolt in place!
I had the same thing happen to my 3 bolts on drivers side. Did you order factory Nutserts or get aftermarket? Did you use a Nutsert tool to install them or the bolt and nut trick? I'm going to put a small tack weld on Nutserts so hopefully it dont happen again

When I did mine I drilled, pried, knocked, etc. out the original nutserts and drilled out the hole to accept a flange nut. I filled the holes with the (edit >) flange nuts so that the threaded part was up inside the frame and then tacked the flange to the underside of the frame. I agree, the weld gives you a bit more confidence that you won't be doing the job again for quite a while, if ever.

It made a simple job of removing trans skid to a big PITA !!!!

I ordered new nutserts and the tool from @mrblaine. I would have done a DIY tool, but didn't have a bearing lying around and didn't want any excuse to screw it up. I noticed the bolts had blue threadlocker applied, which might have contributed to the problem. I cleaned them off and used anti-seize putting them back.

Over the last two months I was able to get my new sound system, heated seats, radio mount + radio w/ antenna, Quadratec head/tail lights, and tow hooks installed. Just waiting on my Quadratec fog lights and then I'm ready to start upgrading suspension and tires!
