Hi guys I recently had my heater core replaced at the shop and I think they messed up my steering a little. When I turn right it's hard to turn. I'm pretty sure the bottom picture rubber seal thing is the issue. When I turn the wheel right I can hear it rub against the rubber. What's the best way to go about fixing this?
