What did you do to your TJ today?

Installed my Synergy Grab Handles today. Damn these things are sturdy.

The windshield cleaning reminds me of a million years ago when I was in pilot training and we were doing single engine night flights. Seemed the thing to do if your engine failed was to go into a glide, start your emergency procedures, and turn on your landing lights. If you didn't like what you saw, you turned them off.

Seems that @bobthetj03 likely was driving on a trail where he didn't like what he was seeing .... good move.

I filled up the gas tank today and found that I had averaged 17.2 mpg. Now, you may be thinking, that isn't as cool as getting new gears and lockers as did @Serbonze [insert thumbs up here]. However, for me anything in the 16 mpg range is good but 17+? Big stuff for my TJ.

I am impressed; I get like 13.

Well this will be pretty boring but I want to put a plug in for a ebay vendor that I have used twice now. My TJ came with out the OEM jack and attachments, which bothered me deeply. I just installed a OEM jack and all the stuff tonight and I don't have to worry about changing a flat now.( I don't want to talk about hi lifts having worn out three in my life time so we can get that out of the way now.) The ebay vendor that I got the jack from included every screw, washer, clip, Velcro and rubber bungee, 100% complete and looks like new. Very pleased. His company name is Ray's Wranglers. Located in Boyertown Pa. I highly recommend.
