Rightyo, everything is buttoned up and ready for a DS!
The sensor they supply is calibrated to read correctly with 31” tires and 4.10 gears. Any deviation from that will throw the speedometer off, hence the correction devices being used…
We Desert Sand Pearl guys need to stick together. 99 auto with 3.73 and similar as you with 31's, been to CO trails and Moab without much trouble. So point is; it does not take much to make a stock Jeep go nearly anywhere. Good to have a winch, just in case.

I'll be getting my DS in on Friday... what's a good starting pinion angle for when I install the DS? 1º above or below the drive shaft angle?
Always be slightly below in the rear. Torque will make the rear pinion move up. Your rear savvy arms won’t allow the movement to be as much as stock bushings would be so you don’t usually need to be adjusted too far below. I think mine is 0.7 degrees down and it drives as smooth as butter. Every vehicle is different though so you may need more, or less…

Holy Crap, I've got to say I'm extremely impressed with this build so far. Doing things the right way, and not going the cheap / easy route.
I've considered getting an SYE, but not sure I've got the skill / or nerve to attempt that install. Good job, and can't wait to see what else you do.

Hands down the best mats for a DD! I have them in my tundra. Went for a cheaper quadratec may for my jeep(wasn’t sure if i was going to want a mat after the bed rug but I’m happy i got them)
But weathertech are a MUST for a DD imo.
It's interesting that BedRug specifically recommends not to run floor mats up front, unless:
"The use of front floor mats is not recommended with BedRug or BedTred floor kits. If floor mats are used, it is imperative to re-use the removable retention hooks from the factory carpet, installed to the manufacturer’s specifications. Do not use floor mats or liners with BedTred Kits. Do not use floor mats or liners with BedRug Kits without retention hooks"
I found this out the hard way when the driver side Husky liner I had slid under the accelerator pedal and jammed it. That was a scary moment!

My mats don’t really move at all. The little grip nipples on the bottom hold it pretty secure. Mines also a manual so on the chance that occurs I can pull it out of gear pretty easily.
