Good morning , haven't been on the site in a awhile . All work and no play .
I am having issues with the fuel pump and gauges not working it will crank but won't start.
Checked and swapped out relays , replace the ignition switch along with key cylinder
With no luck.
 
When you say the gauges are not working... do you mean they are not responding ?
How do you know the fuel pump isn't working'; you don't hear it cycle On and Off when you first turn the ignition switch ?
 
When turning the key on the he guages don't respond and the engine cranks but won't start , and don't know if it is pumping fuel should you smell excessive fuel.
 
Did you check the basics? Fuel pressure and if you have spark?
Your fuel rail should have a test port.

Do you have access to a scanner that reads live data?
