Hey guys
I have some damage on the passenger side rear corner panel. I know I’m going to have to remove and replace it. Only the corner is affected. I do basically all the repairs myself so I need some more knowledge about how I’m supposed to either spot weld or rivet the corner back onto the Jeep.

Weld it . They make a lot of over body armor that will hide that man

Tell us about that tail light. Looks good.

Isn't that just the stock tail light? If you're referring to what looks like lighting all around the edges, that's due to the flash from the camera.

You could just straighten out what you have, best you can, then cover it with full aluminum corner armor. Savvy makes a nice pair that will significantly strenghten te tub and protect it from future damage. If you decide to weld in a new panel, send me a message. I have a tub for sale that could be used as a donor. I'm in Va also.

Agree with Irun. Bang it back into shape and put rear corner armor over it to hide and strengthen the corner. Be sure to get all that rust ground off and treated with several layers of Rustolium or similar before you put the armor on. Use screws and nutserts instead of rivets so you can be sure the rust doesn't return.

I’m not sure how I’m going to get inside the wheel well to bang that out since it’s so caved in at the bottom. It looked much worse but I swapped out the rear bumper.

Corner armor will cover much worse. Trust me. Mine looks a lot worse than than under the armor.

Y’all think corner guards will cover it up? I had a profession pull it out as much as he could but it’s still pretty ugly
Yes. I would recommend Genright. They have steel and aluminum and their lead time is typically the shortest.
