I hate to tell you this, but there is no such thing. Your bottle, and most advertising you'll find, doesn't say "conventional", and doesn't say "synthetic". But that stuff is a synthetic blend. See this Pennzoil page.

I keep forgetting to recommend this motor oil. I had a pretty bad oil leak, and it stopped it completely. I know a lot of 4.0's leak.

It's a synthetic blend though, right? I know that the consensus of the forum is to use conventional. I'm asking since I'm thinking to switch to it at my next oil change. And, yes, I do have a RMS leak.

I'll be damned. This pains me. I've used Pennzoil forever. Looks like I might be trying a new oil next change.

Conventional oil?

Ok I'll stop

The Costco local to me doesn't carry a single 10w- oil, everything 5w. It's like we're being put out to pasture.

Find a different place to buy your oil. It's out there, trust me. I usually wait till it goes on sale on Amazon. You can find it for $17 for 5 qts. if you keep an eye on the sales.

That is a synthetic blend and I believe people are trying to stay with conventional. I'd run that Valvoline you linked to though. I'll set up a camelcamelcamel price alert. (And of course the 10w-30 is the most expensive variety at the moment).

Sorry, my mistake. I was bringing it back to the thread topic MAXLIFE which is only available in Full Synthetic or Synthetic Blend.
Carry on.(y)

Spring is almost here and Im due for an oil change, so I headed to my local WallyMart and bought a 5 quart jug + 1 quart for a grand total of $21.75

I tried buying it from their app so I can pickup and go, then they sent me an email saying it wasn't in in stock. After canceling the order, I went to the store and found that they DID have in stock. :D
