I'm sure that it's intended purpose is to allow the poor little guy that owns it to reach his purse from the roof rack. (Which I actually like).
The doors are an entirely unknown product, to address an entirely unknown issue.
I forgot to mention the added 'steps' above the rear wheel wells and on the doors.
Check for wood blocks on the pedals.

Naaa, apparently the more "patriotic" you are the more you get to wear it as clothing, underwear, modify it for other causes, put people's faces on it, leave it outside in the dark, fly it tattered and torn on the back of your truck, and on and on. Don't tell them about respect, they're the patriotic ones.

A few states have limits on how many "forward facing" lights you can have - wonder if this is to avoid that when not in use? The square LEDs are pointing the right way.
