I guess I'm dense - I know the song, but the meme still doesn't click. Probably too hard to explain, don't worry about it!
While sounding like an idiot here: first half is the "Boom, Boom, clap, Boom, Boom, clap" Second half is "We will, we will rock you"

I was thick as a brick also ! Who the hell has a Wii ? and desktop minus monitor doesn't add up.
Clever meme once you get it. But honestly this whole subject is just media overblown crap, so you don't focus on ANY meaningful issue.
