Weird noise in driveshaft

Was rotating my tires and noticed my driveshaft making this weird noise when it was being spun. I recently replaced all u-joints and centering yoke. Anyone have a clue on what this noise is?

A demon groaning?

That is indeed a strange noise, I don't recognize it. Sometimes it's hard to discern noises from recordings but it sounds like a creaking noise to me. Not much in the drive shaft that I can think of that could make that sort of noise. When you rebuilt the shaft, did you replace the center ball / socket yoke? It kind of looks like there's a new boot on there.

I'd maybe unbolt that end of the drive shaft and see if you can replicate the noise with just the drive shaft or by just rotating the output yoke on the transfer case. Maybe you can isolate where it is coming from that way.

I did replace the socket yoke which had a new center ball. I was thinking maybe I didn’t put enough grease on the spring/ center ball?

Maybe a dry seal at one end of the driveshaft or the other. Sometimes dirt or grit will get in and cause that kind of sound and since the driveshaft is hollow it makes sound like it's coming from somewhere else. I would check the transfer case output seal and the differential pinion.
