@Bargain Box, I sent you a PMYou think it's easier to get a used OEM carrier or is there an aftermarket alternative that accomplishes the same goal for similar price?

Nice, I really need to get one of those. Can't wait for Uwharrie, less than a week! Finally got the Morryde tailgate complete. The wife said it looks like a Jeep again...I’m not so sure I like it as I rocked the spare in the tub, maybe it’ll grow on me. I really need a rear bumper. Was thinking of the dirtworx bc of price and ability to use the tow with it. Also looking at UCF alum. I wish the next venture rear bumper wasn’t so much.
Almost ready for Uwharrie!

0 movement here also. I haven’t driven it but gave it the ole shake test.. passed. Lol. My wheel is a 3.75” BS and I’m using the oem carrier. I had to cut the spacers in half and it fits snugly

Hmm, I may have to sure up underneath the tire for minimize shake.Keep an eye on that mount, it's likely to crack soon. My oem mount only lasted a few weeks after I installed my rugged ridge carrier. I noticed my spare wiggling one day and found two fresh cracks/tears about two inches long.
Was thinking about it but probably not. And next week, my son has a baseball tourney in asheboro so probably wont make it then either. But I want to get some wheeling in really bad!Is anyone going to Uwharror this weekend?
Let me know ahead of time. I can’t next week or the last week but I’m down to take a day off to give it a go. I have yet to put this thing on the dirt.I would like to make it down there some time in the next few weeks, preferably on a week day so there's less people.
I considering heading down there this Saturday, not for sure yet.Anyone going to be out Saturday late afternoon? We are thinking about it, but I have some RSE steps to put on my JT as well, so not sure which direction to go yet.
If you need help installing I always happy to help!Don't worry to much, looks like all the steering parts will be here today. Looks like I'm going metalcloak for the track bar since i don't want to take out a loan for the rock jock unit.
lets see if this works....
All the parts are here for the steering. I also got my motor mounts and already have the body lift. I'll take a hand if you are offering. I will beginning tomorrow night and working through this week on it.If you need help installing I always happy to help!
