Back seat delete, Kentrol tailgate license plate relocation, ARB tire repair kit and compressor for daily driving, spare inside the tub for wheeling trips. That's what I'm doing and I'm loving it so far.
I use my backseat a lot so thats a hard no can do for me, I like my license plat where it is, I have the ARB compressor but need the tire repair kit.

Spare in the tub is what I plan to do for this weekend wheeling.

I get that, and thats what is making me question removing it, but when ever I hit any sort of bump my entire tailgate rattles, its slowly getting harder to close as well.

You need a good tire carrier. Your larger than stock spare is bending your tailgate. Go shake the tire and watch it bend.

In that case, if you don't use the backseat while wheeling, you could see if the tire fits inside with the backseat folded. If you hang onto the tailgate carrier, make sure your tire is tight up against the tailgate and tub snubbers!

Well, how does she look?

Should I leave the tire carrier hardware in or take them out?

I’ve always left mine in but am thinking about taking them out or replacing with button heads.

My only rec is to drill two new holes in the tag and bend it around the body like this. Makes for one less catch point on the trail.

I thought about doing that but I like the license plate where it is, I guess we'll see how it goes on the trail tomorrow, maybe I'll end up doing that.

x2 for tag relocation. I destroyed two license plate holders catching them on trees and when I finally relocated the tag I realized that stupid piece of plastic had bent the tub corner.

After bashing my tag and stock location tag mount up to the point it actually bent my tub a bit I cleaned the back up and relocated. I don’t even do anything considered hardcore and still mashed it a couple times…

I just put the 33” spare tire in the back when needed…

I AM alive, just been busy doing nothing for a while.
had some good time at Uwharrie this Saturday with @Jamesval035 and my Dad....

I'm still waiting to get a soft top, hopefully soon, after that I will be getting some speakers for the dash and then a UCF ultra high clearance skid (finally)
