I ordered rear aluminum upper control arms from their website on 4/7 and chose the 3-5 day FedEx option. My order still hasn’t shipped. I sent an email on the 13th with no response. I have called every few days during business hours, also with no response. I have a pile of parts that I can’t install until I get the control arms unless I want a paperweight in my driveway.

Is this normal?

UPDATE PG 2: Shipped 4/21

yep.

They should post lead times on their website if that’s the case. It’s not the end of the world, but a heads up would’ve been cool

I’m in my third month waiting on a big order with no response to communications by email, text, and phone. If you’re in a hurry, you’d best look elsewhere. However, if you aren’t in a hurry and want top-notch stuff, Savvy’s your huckleberry.

3 months😮 I honestly don’t need it all until late May, but I want to get the ball rolling. If I had known, I would’ve gotten the Currie control arms.

Savvy is supposed to have a good warranty, is there any issues getting anything replaced since apparently you can’t contact them? If so I will cancel my order because that was my reasoning with going with them over Currie.

No offense but there must be hundreds of posts on this forum about the Savvy purchasing experience. I waited a few months on two different occasions but I wanted the parts and I was willing to wait. If you're in a time crunch, there are other options available in the marketplace.

Yeah that’s my bad that I didn’t spend the 72 hours between joining and placing my order scouring the forum for Savvy shipping reviews
You're going to do just fine here. Welcome aboard.

I made the mistake of believing their website when it said in stock, i ordered some tail lights and been a week with nothing. I'll call today see if anyone answers. It's a bummer to see a business with really good products that people want be so poorly run.

it would have taken less time than your time spent in this thread

My buddy has these and I ran their track bars. I did buy Savvy arms for the double adjustable feature when on sale it was just a little more than Core. Core makes good stuff, color options if you are into that and they ship fast. I had an issue with a track bar, they sent the wrong one, told me to keep it and sent the correct one 2 day air.

No it’s not normal to take more than two weeks. It’s normal to take three months.
