So I was only a few blocks from where I had a chiropractor treatment when a young lady in a Mazda pulled out past a parked city bus right into my path. I hit her broadside at about 35 MPH. Her side air bags saved her and mine saved me from chomping on the steering wheel. The Jeep is still drivable but will need a stock front bumper (which I have) plus whatever is required to replace air bags. Cop reporting center estimates $6000 damage (new parts). The rf fender will need a little work and the frame checked. I just hope I don't get an adjuster that wants to give a peanuts cash settlement.
The good news is that my chiropractor gave me another treatment "under warranty" !

Most importantly you're OK and so is the other driver. Now getting a positive outcome from the insurance adjuster may be a challenge but that depends on the insurance company of the other driver, assuming the other driver is 100% at fault.
