Noticable seam in new wheels

I got these new 15x10 steel wheels for our jeep. But each one of them has this line down the inside. You can feel it like it's a seam or weld of some sort. It's this kinda odd? I haven't had any steel wheels in years but don't remember a seam in them. Does this seem normal to y'all?

That's what you get with steel wheels. They need to be welded together somewhere.

There must be some mistake. I just watched the video and it was a factory that made junkyard car stands and backyard firepits.
