New TJ with odd electrical problems

Hey guys. I was able to buy a one owner 1997 Sahara 5 speed for a great deal. I now have my first Jeep and the vehicle I wanted in college when TJ’s came out.

I just got it running today after changing the ECM. This solved the crank no spark. It runs well but has several electrical items not working. Headlights, parking lights, fog lights, turn signals, brake lights, and radio are not working. The fuses are good. Has anyone had these issues and can suggest what to look for next? Thanks

There is a Factory Service Manual available for download in PDF available for your year in the TJ Resources section.
Section 8W has wiring schematics that will assist you in troubleshooting your problem.

Remove the lower dash board speaker covers and check the screws retaining the speakers; there are ground wires attached that are for dashboard components. Also check the ground wirings bolted beneath the dashboard on the passenger and drivers sides kick panels.
Take a look at the Headlight switch and dimmer switch wiring and check the functions of them for oxidized or loose connections.
