If you're willing to dump the intercooler, stock front bumpers (then get a winch and plate) are cheap. Otherwise, get this (they also make them with synthetic line.

So I’m confused, is the intercooler on the front just “ FRONTIN” or is it actually cooling something?
He's the SRT4 swap, which by itself is pretty cool if it's legit. The silly location of the intercooler, however, is not.
That intercooler hangin' out there is like running around swinging your dick.
Sure, at first it seems like a fun idea, but sooner or later they are both going to get smacked by something.
But to answer your question, a Jet cable grip puller. It ain't as convenient as a winch, but it works.
